ASHAIMAN MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY PARTNERS VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST TO BOOST LOCAL ENTERPRISE GROWTH
The Ashaiman Municipal Assembly, in collaboration with the Venture Capital Trust and the Ghana Enterprise Agency, has launched a transformative three-day capacity-building program at the Buelah Hotel for 30 high-growth businesses within the municipality. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between local enterprises and venture funding opportunities while enhancing business management skills and innovation.
According to the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Freeman Tsekpo, the program reflects the Assembly’s commitment to creating an enabling environment for entrepreneurship to flourish. He lauded the strategic collaboration and encouraged participants to fully embrace the training to unlock growth potential. The workshop, which focuses on practical strategies, operations, and access to funding, is expected to position at least half of the participating businesses to secure investment from venture firms within three months—marking a major stride in Ashaiman’s economic transformation agenda.
