STRENGTHENING TIES WITH GA-DANGBE MOVEMENT FOR INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT-ASHAIMAN MCE MEETS LEADERSHIP

The Hon. Municipal Chief Executive of Ashaiman, Mr. Freeman Tsekpo, on June 25, 2025, received a delegation from the Ga-Dangbe Movement, who paid a courtesy call to congratulate him on his appointment and introduce the group for formal recognition within the Municipality.

The MCE reaffirmed his commitment to collaborating with traditional leadership and highlighted ongoing projects, including road reshaping, drainage construction, and street decongestion to improve infrastructure and sanitation in Ashaiman.

He encouraged the Ga-Dangbe leadership to support revenue mobilization efforts, monitor proper receipting, and lead clean-up campaigns in their communities. He urged them to stay engaged with the Assembly to ensure their voices are heard and contribute meaningfully to the municipality’s development agenda.
