CLEAN-UP EXERCISE

The Municipal Chief Executive of Ashaiman, Hon. Freeman Tsekpo, on Saturday, 14th June 2025, led a massive clean-up exercise in the Electra Area as part of efforts to ensure a clean and healthy environment.

The exercise, which began from the main road and extended into surrounding communities, involved weeding, sweeping, desilting of choked gutters, clearing stagnant water, and proper disposal of refuse.

Hon. Tsekpo, joined by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Banini Dzorgbenyui Kwadzo, Assembly staff, unity committee members, drivers, traders, and residents, commended participants for their strong turnout and emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining a clean Ashaiman.
