3rd Quarter Budget Committee Meeting

The 3rd Quarter Budget Committee, one of the statutory requirements of assembly, came off on 20th September, 2023 at the ASHMA Assembly Hall.

All departmental heads graced the occasion to represent their departments. Major discussions were centered around these:

Preparation and finalizing of the draft 2024 composite budget

Preparation and finalizing of 2024 draft fee fixing resolution

Discussion of financial performance as of August 2023 and way forward. After several deliberations, the committee made some alterations to the inputs for the 2024 budget and agreed that the budget unit furnish the document and forward it to the F & A committee for review as well.
