ASHAIMAN MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY GENERAL MEETING
Ashaiman Municipal Assembly held its second ordinary meeting of the second session of the fourth meeting on Friday, 10th September 2021 and Monday, 13th September 2021. The meeting was held at the Assembly hall where the house transacted the following businesses;
- Reading, correction and acceptance of the previous Minute.
- Discussion and approval of waste management and sanitation bye-laws for cleaning the frontage of residential, private and commercial buildings for gazetting.
- Presentation of executive committee’s report and approval.
- Discussion and adoption of revised annual action plan for 2021.
- Discussion and approval of revised composite budget for 2021.
- Presentation of public relations and complaint committee report.
- Mandela market management committee report was considered and referred to the executive committee for consideration.
