ASHAIMAN MCE STRENGTHENS TIES WITH SAFISANA GHANA FOR SUSTAINABLE SANITATION SOLUTIONS

The Hon. Municipal Chief Executive of Ashaiman, Mr. Freeman Tsekpo, on Wednesday, 25th June 2025, paid a working visit to Safisana Ghana Limited, accompanied by key municipal officials. The visit followed an earlier courtesy call from Safisana on 23rd June, aimed at fostering stronger collaboration between the two entities.

During the visit, the MCE toured the facility to understand Safisana’s operations in converting fecal and organic waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizers. He praised the company’s innovative model for improving sanitation, environmental health, and supporting local economies.

Mr. Tsekpo emphasized the Assembly’s readiness to partner with Safisana to boost sanitation services and promote sustainable waste management practices for the benefit of Ashaiman residents.
