MCE DONATES TO ASHAIMAN DIVISIONAL COUNCIL TOWARDS HOMOWO
The Chief Executive of Ashaiman, Hon Albert Boakye Okyere on Thursday 11th August 2022 led the management of the Assembly to pay homage to the Ashaiman Divisional Council and also donated customary items to the elders of the council towards the celebration of this year’s Homowo festival.
Accompanied the Municipal Chief Executive was the Municipal Coordinating Director, Alhaji Dramani Saaka. In his short speech, Hon Albert Boakye Okyere said as part of the Assembly’s social responsibility, it behooves on the Assembly to support the Divisional Council as they are celebrating the festival. He thanked Divisional Council for their support to the Assembly in the execution of their mandate,
The items presented to council includes bags of maize, gallons of red oil, assorted drinks and an undisclosed amount of money.
The council on the other hand thanked the Assembly for the gesture and pledged to work in tandem with at all times.
