MCE OF ASHIAMAN MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY HON. ALBERT OKYERE BOAKYE TOURS BECE EXAMINATION CENTRES IN THE MUNICIPALITY.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ashaiman Municipal Assembly Hon. Albert Boakye Okyere and The Municipal Director of Education Mad. Rosemary Appoh visited the examination centers within the municipality to monitor the ongoing 2021 BECE Examination.

There are sixteen (16) main centers in the municipality, which are Ashaiman Senior High School, Ashaiman Cluster of School, St. Mary’s School, St. Augustine School JHS A & B, Solidarity International School A &B, Presbyterian School A & B, Ashaiman Tsui Bleo No 1, Ashaiman Tsui Bleo No 2, Ashaiman Technical Institute, Ashaiman Number 2, Ashaiman Number 4, and St. Augustine Primary School.

Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Three (3943) students were registered candidates to write the examination in the municipality. The candidates consist of students from (17) Public Schools and (132) Private Schools. This consists of Two Thousand One Hundred And Fifty One girls and One Thousand Seven Hundred And Ninety-Two boys.

The MCE promised the candidates to excel in the examination in order to enjoy the Free SHS, which has been implemented by the Government. He also promised to award the best student who excels in the BECE the MCE scholarship Award.  He said this during his visit to Ashaiman Senior High School examination center.

He advised the candidates to take time to read and understand the questions before attempting to answer them.
