Albert Boakye Okyere cut the sod for the construction of a modern market worth GHc 43 million. The project is being financed by beneficiary traders with support from Best Point savings and Loans Company. Albert Boakye Okyere advised the contractor to prioritize the employment of tradesmen from the Ashaiman Municipality, because the area had abundant skilled labourers. He said the Assembly was delighted to undertake the development to enhance the economy of the municipality.
