{"id":563,"date":"2020-08-19T17:03:06","date_gmt":"2020-08-19T17:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ashma.gov.gh\/?p=563"},"modified":"2020-08-20T09:41:37","modified_gmt":"2020-08-20T09:41:37","slug":"hr-training-organised-for-hods","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ashma.gov.gh\/index.php\/2020\/08\/19\/hr-training-organised-for-hods\/","title":{"rendered":"HR TRAINING ORGANISED FOR HOD\u2019s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A One-Day Training of Trainers workshop was organized on LGS protocols (Scheme of Service, Condition of Service, Service Delivery Standards and Reporting Relationship and Administrative Procedures), Decentralization and Local Governance Act, 2016, Act 936 for Head of Departments\/Units and their assistants on 5th August, 2020 at the Assembly Hall of the Assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>This training was organized by the Human Resource Department to refresh and broaden the knowledge base of staff. It is mandatory for officers of the Assembly to abreast themselves with the Local Government Protocols of the LGS in order to guide the work they do to enhance productivity.
