As part of efforts to promote disaster prevention in schools, and communities, the National Disaster Management Organization, NADMO, Ashaiman Municipal – Tsinai Agber Zone, held a Disaster Volunteer Club (DVC) Formation and Disaster Education programme at Presby ‘A’ School, Ashaiman, on 28th October, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The short but impactful session, which commenced from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m., was led by the Municipal NADMO Director, Mr. Julius T. Awuye, and his team from the Municipal Office, together with officers from the Zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pupils were educated on disaster prevention and safety tips. The club was duly formed and the Municipal Director charged members to be ambassadors of safety wherever they find themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
