The Hon. Municipal Chief Executive of Ashaiman, Mr. Freeman Tsekpo, met with the Saddaka\u2019tul Jahria Association at the Main Ashaiman Mosque to discuss development challenges and commend their ongoing multipurpose project, which includes a hospital, nursing school, and resource center to support the needy in the municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the association raised concerns about poor road conditions and the stalled astroturf project meant to support youth sports development. Hon. Tsekpo explained that the astroturf was hastily begun before elections without proper planning, but assured them that the Assembly, under presidential directive, will soon resume the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also updated the association on the ongoing \u201cBig Push\u201d road initiative, emphasizing progress on major junctions and key roads. He promised inner road and drainage improvements while calling for patience as the rainy season slows work, with full momentum expected in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
