On Thursday, 5 June 2025, the Ashaiman Municipal Assembly convened its first Executive Committee (ExECo) meeting under the leadership of the newly elected Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Freeman Tsekpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This maiden session marked a pivotal step in advancing the Assembly\u2019s agenda, focusing on the resolution and implementation of outstanding decisions from the General Assembly. Key issues discussed included disputed land matters, security enhancements, ongoing infrastructure needs, decongestion of the Central Business District, and reclaiming Assembly properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chairing the meeting, Hon. Tsekpo emphasized the need for a results-driven Assembly that works closely with Members and stakeholders to deliver meaningful development across Ashaiman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
