{"id":1439,"date":"2022-12-12T15:38:32","date_gmt":"2022-12-12T15:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ashma.gov.gh\/?p=1439"},"modified":"2022-12-12T15:38:33","modified_gmt":"2022-12-12T15:38:33","slug":"first-quarter-disability-disbursement-pwds-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ashma.gov.gh\/index.php\/2022\/12\/12\/first-quarter-disability-disbursement-pwds-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"First Quarter Disability Disbursement (PWDs) 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hon Albert Boakye Okyere, the Municipal Chief Executive for Ashaiman Municipal Assembly presented an amount of Twenty-Four Thousand and Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh\u00a224,500.00) to 9 People Living with Disability (PWDs) which consist of 5 Males and 4 Females in Ashaiman Municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said the money is to minimize poverty among People Living with Disability (PWDs) particularly those outside the formal sector of employment, enhance their social image through dignified labor and achieve independent living to enable them get out of the street. The fund will help build capacity for organization of PWD\u2019s to enable them to educate and undertake awareness creation and sensitization on disability issues.
