The meeting, held at the Assembly Hall, gave each department and unit the opportunity to report on performance, achievements, and challenges in service delivery.

Key updates from the meeting:

Health: The Health Directorate reported that the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccination for girls aged 9–14 is underway across the municipality. The campaign aims to protect young females against HPV-related diseases.

Hon. Tsekpo emphasized his commitment to enforcing the bye-law, noting it would improve the Assembly’s revenue, enhance data accuracy, and support better urban planning. He urged implementing departments to be diligent in the process.

Agriculture: The Agricultural Department reported steady progress on the “Nkokor Nketenkete” poultry program. Some birds have matured and are ready for market and consumption. The department expects participants to gain both income and practical skills to support their livelihoods.

Communications: The Information Department announced a new partnership with Soyeya 92.5 FM to promote the Assembly’s image and broadcast its activities to the public.
